Busy-desk rule: 32mm gets a contrast/speed path with one highlight and one ember tick. 75mm gets the full stack because it’s the photograph.

Prime dark. Hit the volumes. Recess glaze. One edge. Done. If a squad isn’t playable after two nights, the recipe is wrong, not you.
